1. Who we are

Tidle® («Tidle», «we», «us», «our») is operated by Synne Lindén, trading as Tidle, with a principal place of business at Carrer de Provença, 08029 Barcelona, Spain. Tidle is a matchmaking agency connecting business owners («Clients») with vetted, independent service providers («Partners») using the Empathy-First Sales Method®.

By using tidle.co (the «Site») or engaging with our waitlist, intake form, or matchmaking service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. What Tidle is – and isn’t

Tidle is a human matchmaking service. We connect you with a Partner we believe is right for your business, based on a conversation and our own judgement – never an algorithm.

Tidle is not:

• The provider of the services you ultimately receive. Every Partner is an independent business owner, not an employee, agent, or subcontractor of Tidle.
• A party to any contract you enter into with a Partner. Once matched, you and the Partner agree your own scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees directly.
• Responsible for the quality, outcome, or delivery of any Partner’s work.

We vet every Partner for values and competency before they join the network, and we stand behind the quality of our matching – not the guaranteed outcome of the work that follows.

3. The email list and intake process

Joining the Tidle email list or submitting the intake form does not guarantee a match, a specific Partner, or a specific timeline. Match availability is limited and offered in the order and manner we determine, at our discretion.

Information you provide via the intake form (including budget band and details of your business challenge) is used solely to inform the matchmaking process and will be shared with the Partner(s) we believe may be a fit for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees

Tidle does not charge Clients a fee to submit an intake form, or be matched. Any fees for services delivered by a Partner are agreed and paid directly between you and that Partner. Tidle receives a commission from Partners on introductions, which does not affect the price you’re quoted.

5. Intellectual property

Tidle®, the Empathy-First Sales Method®, and all associated branding, content, and materials on this Site are the property of Synne Lindén, trading as Tidle, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: submit false or misleading information; attempt to circumvent the matchmaking process to contact Partners directly outside of a Tidle introduction; scrape, copy, or misuse Site content; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

7. No professional advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or business advice. Content is provided for general informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tidle’s liability to you arising from your use of the Site or the matchmaking service is limited to the fees (if any) paid by you to Tidle directly. Tidle is not liable for any loss or damage arising from services delivered by a Partner, disputes between you and a Partner, or your reliance on general content published on the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Spanish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tidle harmless from any claim, loss, or cost arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (including Partner websites and social channels). We’re not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your use applies. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
