1. Who we are

Tidle® is operated by Synne Lindén, trading as Tidle, based at Carrer de Provença, 08029 Barcelona, Spain. We are the data controller for personal data collected via tidle.co.

2. What we collect

Email list (via Mailchimp) and intake form (via Tally): name, email address, business details, and the challenge or budget band you share with us.

Matchmaking calls: With your permission, we may record matchmaking calls for our own reference and to improve our matching process. We’ll always ask before recording, and you’re free to say no – this has no bearing on your match.

Newsletter (The Wave): name and email address, and your engagement with our emails (opens, clicks) via our email platform.

Site usage: basic analytics data (pages visited, general location, device type) via WordPress/Google Analytics

Cookies: small files that support site functionality and analytics – see Section 7.

We don’t knowingly collect any payment or financial account information via the Site, as Client-Partner fee arrangements happen directly between you and your matched Partner.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with

  • Matched Partners: relevant details from your intake form are shared with the Partner(s) we introduce you to, so they can prepare for your conversation. Partners are contractually bound to keep this confidential.
  • Service providers: Tally (form processing), Mailchimp (email), Google Analytics (analytics), our website host. These providers only process data on our instructions.
  • We do not sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. our email platform) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep email list and intake data for as long as you remain on our email list or an active subscriber, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Call recordings (where made) are kept only as long as needed for our internal reference, then deleted. You can ask us to delete any of this data at any time (see Section 8).

7. Cookies

The Site uses cookies for essential functionality and for analytics, so we can understand how the Site is used and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; restrict or object to processing; and request data portability. To exercise any of these, contact synne@tidle.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

9. Children

Tidle is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from children.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online transmission is ever completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We’ll update this page when our practices change, and date it accordingly.
